Procedure for Entry to VCI

1. Letter of interest to VCI	2. In-person meeting in order to discuss business plan and to be informed regarding prices, available services, obligations, etc – Delivery of initial application form and list of required documentation to the applicant 3. Appointment of contact-person
4. Submission of completed application and documentation	5. First evaluation: Referral for second stage of evaluation or rejection based on evaluation criteria 6. Evaluation of application – Composition of evaluation report – Submission of report to Board of Directors 7. Invitation for presentation of business plan to the Board of Directors, in case of positive evaluation – Information regarding the reasons for rejection in case of negative evaluation 8. Presentation of business plan to the Board of Directors
9. Final decision by the Board of Directors	10. Initiation of entry procedure
11. Contract (Shareholders’ agreement, Incubation Services’ agreement) sign-off
